Hexagonal bolts level of performance parameter comparison
Steel bolted performance rating 3.6,4.6,4.8,5.6,6.8,8.8,9.8,10.9,12.9 more than 10 levels, of which 8.8 and above bolts made of carbon steel or carbon steel and heat treated (quenching and tempering), commonly known as high strength bolts, the rest is known as ordinary bolts. 2, bolt material yield strength ratio of 0.6;
3, bolt nominal material yield strength of 400 × 0.6 = 240MPa grade
Performance levels 10.9 high strength bolts, the material after heat treatment, can be achieved:
1, bolt material tensile strength up to 1000MPa nominal level;
2, bolt material yield strength ratio of 0.9;
3, bolt nominal material yield strength of up to 1000 × 0.9 = 900MPa grade
Bolts level of performance is the meaning of international standard, the same performance level of a bolt, regardless of the origin of the difference between the material and its performance is the same, the design performance levels can use only.
